These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SixYard (“we,” “our,” “us”) via sixyard.ca (the “Site”), including all articles, features, and services made available (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Services.

1) Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site. If you are below the age of majority in your province or territory, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2) Purpose of Content

SixYard publishes football news, commentary, analysis, and predictions intended primarily for a Canadian audience, alongside international coverage. All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, betting, or professional advice. Predictions reflect editorial opinion and do not guarantee outcomes.

3) Ownership and Use of Materials

The Site currently does not include user accounts or interactive features such as commenting. If such features are introduced in the future, they will be subject to these Terms and any updates.
