Adapting Quickly to English Football

Speaking to MARCA, Andres shared how swiftly he has adjusted to the demands of English football. "I've been here three weeks, and everything is going well," he said. Comparing the Premier League with Germany's Bundesliga, he remarked on the intensity and style differences: "Both leagues are competitive, but the Premier League is the best in the world. The pace is fast and fluid with fewer stoppages, and the physicality is higher. Scoring here feels incredible."

Family Celebrations and Language Progress

The midfielder revealed he has watched his goal multiple times thanks to messages from loved ones. "My friends and family keep sending the clips in our group chats, so I end up watching it again. It really excites me," he admitted. Regarding communication in the squad, he said English is now much easier for him. "Everyone speaks English here, which helps. In Germany, many spoke English too, but sometimes language was a barrier. At Brighton, all instructions are in English. The coach is German, but I understand enough German now, so it's fine."

Brighton’s Strong Start to the Season

Brighton holds ten points from their first five league matches, securing a spot near the top of the table. After the international break, they face a tough away game against Sunderland on October 10.
