Ivan Toney Charged with Assault Following Nightclub Incident

England striker Ivan Toney has been charged with assault causing actual bodily harm following an incident at a London nightclub in Soho.

The charge, confirmed on July 31, relates to an event on Dec. 6, 2025. Toney is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Sept. 24, where the case will formally begin its path through the legal system.

A spokesperson for the forward said: "Ivan acknowledges the charge and although he is naturally shocked, he looks forward to being given the opportunity to clear his name in court."
