Arsenal Renew Interest in Endrick from Real Madrid
Arsenal have gone back to Real Madrid for Endrick.
The Premier League champions have renewed contact with the La Liga giants this week, sounding out the situation of the Brazilian forward as they look to strengthen their attack ahead of Gabriel Martinelli’s expected departure.
Endrick’s name has hovered over Madrid’s summer planning. Fresh from a productive loan spell at Lyon, the 20-year-old returned to Valdebebas with questions swirling around his next step. Another loan was floated. Another move away from the Bernabéu felt possible.
José Mourinho pushed back. The Real Madrid boss publicly underlined that his young striker would not be leaving before the window closes, a clear attempt to shut the door on suitors and settle the noise around one of the club’s brightest prospects.
The noise has not gone away.
According to TEAMtalk, Real Madrid sources have confirmed that Arsenal have made fresh enquiries for Endrick, with the London club “renewing their interest in the Brazilian wonderkid”. It is not the first time the two boards have danced around his name.
During previous discussions between the clubs over a deal for Vinícius Jr, Arsenal’s hierarchy also asked about Endrick’s availability. Those conversations did not lead to a move, but the Gunners have clearly kept him on their radar and are refusing to give up on the possibility of landing the prodigious centre-forward.
For now, Madrid insist he stays. Arsenal keep knocking. One of Europe’s most coveted young forwards sits right in the middle of that tug of war.
