Fenerbahce Secures Mason Greenwood in Record €42m Transfer from Marseille

Fenerbahce have won one of the summer’s fiercest transfer battles, striking a deal worth €42m with Marseille to sign Mason Greenwood and drag him to Istanbul at the expense of heavyweight suitors.

The Turkish club have agreed a package built around a €40m fixed fee, with a further €2m tied to performance-related bonuses. For Marseille, it is a sale they could hardly refuse – and one they were under pressure to make.
