A few barely moved at all, betting on continuity while rivals reshaped entire squads around them.

All of that feeds into Rinaldi’s verdict. Every team, from title hopefuls to relegation candidates, gets a mark out of 10 for its summer work. It is not a prediction table, nor a final judgment on the season. It is a snapshot of ambition, planning, and risk as the window slams shut and the real test begins on the grass.
