Inter Milan Intensifies Bid for Moussa Diaby

Inter Milan have come back for Moussa Diaby, and this time they are pushing hard.

The Italian giants have lodged a €40 million offer with Al-Ittihad for the France winger, according to media figure Mohammed Al-Bukairi, as they try once again to prise him away in the current summer window.

This pursuit is no impulse move. Inter tracked Diaby last summer and made their play then, only to be rebuffed as Al-Ittihad’s hierarchy dug in and refused to sell. The player was open to a move at the time, but the Saudi club chose to stand firm and build around him.

The landscape feels different now.

His form has restored some shine to his reputation inside the club and strengthened his market value outside it — precisely the kind of combination that forces difficult decisions in boardrooms.
